Printable Eclipse 6.0 mil is a unique, printable specialty white polyester film engineered to simplify the fabrication of display graphics for banner stands and other exhibit graphics. Coated with our innovative quick-dry inkjet- receptive finish, this durable polyester film features an embedded blackout layer that renders the printed film 100% opaque, ensuring no light shows through. A two-component graphic can be created quickly by overlaminating Printable Eclipse with a protective clear film. This fabrication method results in a durable graphic that stands up to handling, rolling and shipping and hangs flat and straight without edge fray. Standard 6.0 mil Eclipse is printable on one side with most wide-format thermal and piezo inkjet printers using aqueous dye or pigment inks.

SUGGESTED APPLICATIONS: Retractable banner stands and other portable display systems. When combined with a 5.0 mil overlaminating film such as Protac Emerytex UV or MediaShield Emerytex UV, Printable Eclipse creates an “ideal” 11.0 mil display graphic that can be rolled up for shipping without tunneling or delamination.
