ArtShield Mapbak is a high-quality, reinforced white linen fabric coated with a permanent heat-activated adhesive and protected by a moisture-stable release liner.

SUGGESTED APPLICATIONS: Mapbak is used to support and reinforce the back of maps, blueprints, charts, engineering drawings and similar documents that are frequently folded and rolled. Combine with a Drytac overlaminating film for even greater protection. Strips of Mapbak can also be ironed on the edges of two boards to function as a fabric hinge. Mapbak can be processed in a heated vacuum / dry mount press as well as on a heated roller laminator.
