Apermanent bond, liquid adhesive used to glue canvas to mounting surface. Can be brushed or sprayed on. It may be used dry and heated (with press) on most materials, or cold and wet on any two surfaces (provided one is porous).

Shipment of product is not recommended during winter months in areas where temperatures may fall below freezing.
