Foam Overlay Blankets
The Drytac Foam Overlay Blanket is specifically designed for use with pre-perforated ArtShield UV HeatSet overlaminating films in a heated vacuum or dry mounting press. This high-density, reusable, heat-resistant foam is placed directly on top of the (perforated) overlaminating film during the press cycle. The Foam Overlay Blanket allows air and moisture to escape during the lamination cycle, resulting in a blemish-free finish.

Tip: Keep your foam blanket free of adhesive and holes, which can mar a perfect finish. Do not leave the foam blanket in the heated press for extended periods of time. When placed on a cool surface, the foam blanket should not bow in the center. Replace the blanket immediately when there are signs of fatigue.
