Delivery Time
Delivery Times are based upon the shipping option you choose and the amount of time needed to process and ship the order from our location. Generally all orders received are shipped within 48-72 hours (excluding weekends) of being received. Rush shipping orders take priority and are typically turned around in 24-48 hours.

Calculating Cost
Shipping and handling costs for orders from Booksmart Studio depend upon the shipping methods and options you choose. Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based as well as size based (oversized items). To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound. To calculate the cost of shipping, place your item(s) in the Shopping Cart. From the Cart, you can see what the estimated shipping cost will be. It shows the total estimated cost of shipping and handling of your entire order at the bottom of the page.

Our Returns Policy
You may return most items sold by Booksmart Studio within 30 days of delivery for store credit. Shipping charges will not be refunded! If your order qualified initially for free Fed Ex Ground shipping, the original shipping cost to Booksmart Studio will be deducted from your refund. All returned items will incur a $15 restocking fee.

Please note that orders over $500 will incur a 15% restocking fee which will be subtracted from the refund. 

We cannot accept returns of certain items, including:
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery. Any item that is not in its original condition, is opened, is damaged, or is missing parts. Any product missing the serial number or UPC. We will do our best to process your return quickly. Please allow 14-21 days. Refunds will be credited to the original purchasing account only. If you return a product to us after it has been opened, and you stated it was in original condition when we approved your return, you will either incur an additional $15 open box fee or will lose your refund at the discretion of Booksmart Studio.

E-mail sales@booksmartstudio.com to obtain a Return Authorization Number Include all original packing materials, manuals and accessories with the product to avoid any additional fees.

Include the packing list with your product and indicate on it the reason for the return. We recommend you return items via UPS or insured parcel post for proof of delivery. We also recommend that you reuse the original shipping carton and packing materials. You are responsible for return shipping and insurance charges. Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
